Hyaluronic acid is a substance naturally found in the layers of our skin. Its properties provide plump, hydration, bounce, and glow. With the natural aging process, our amounts deplete over time, starting in our 20s, creating facial sagging, skin folds, and loss of support.
Fillers are biocompatible gels containing bonded hyaluronic acid chains. When injected into the layers of the face, they reintroduce lost volume, resupport tissue, and enhance definition and contour.

Facial ultrasound is a screening tool, not a treatment; it doesn't do anything to your skin on its own.
Before certain injections, we use it to see beneath the surface: where important blood vessels sit, how deep different tissue layers run, and whether there's existing filler from previous treatments.
That's what lets us place product exactly where it belongs and steer clear of what we don't want to touch. It's painless— just a handheld probe and a bit of gel, similar to a routine checkup.

Longer than most people think. The common assumption is that filler fully dissolves within 6 to 12 months, when in reality, it can last years to even decades. As long as it stays where it was placed and keeps doing what it's there for (restoring structural support), filler longevity does not pose a health risk.
This is exactly why we focus on filler longevity, not volume. Every plan is designed to hold its result for years, so patients aren't cycling through repeat treatments that quietly stack into an overfilled look. The goal is always fewer, better-placed treatments that actually last.

Filler injections can cause discomfort and soreness, so a small amount of injectable numbing is given prior to treatment. Many filler brands also contain lidocaine pre-mixed into the syringe for added comfort.

Full facial balancing starts wider: a full-face assessment that looks at how your temples, cheeks, mid-face, and lower face work together, for people whose concern isn't really one spot, but a general sense that something's shifted overall.
Plenty of patients start with one and move to the other as their goals evolve.

Yes, which makes filler one of the safest and most popular cosmetic treatments out there. Most hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved quickly and effectively using an enzyme called hyaluronidase. Dissolving may be a separate visit and cost.

Most patients benefit from addressing the area causing the most visual impact first (often the under-eyes or cheeks). From there, we can assess other areas that may need subtle restoration.

No. True migration is rare, and it's almost always linked to too much product, the wrong filler for that tissue, or technique that doesn't account for your anatomy.
That's exactly why every visit here starts with ultrasound guidance and product selection matched to the treatment area — softer fillers for lips and under-eyes, firmer ones for cheeks. And because we work almost exclusively with hyaluronic acid fillers, results can be dissolved if anything ever looks or feels off.
