booking policies

BEFORE YOUR VISIT

  • all services require a $100 deposit (consultations are paid in full in advance) to secure your appointment. this deposit will be applied as credit toward your treatment.

  • cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice will result in a non-refundable deposit.

  • patients arriving more than 15 minutes late to their appointment will be deemed as cancellations and will forfeit their booking deposit. please call/text if you are running late—we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • patients who miss their appointments without prior notice will lose their deposit and may not be able to rebook in the future.

studio policies

FOR YOUR VISIT

  • please arrive alone and no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. we have a locked-door policy for maximum privacy, security, and safety. if you arrive earlier than expected, please message 929-501-5181 to check in. we recommend enjoying nearby cafes and outdoor seating during any wait.

  • full payment is due at the time of treatment. we accept all major credit cards (visa, mastercard, amex), in addition to cash in the specific amount. venmo may be accepted under certain circumstances. all transactions are considered final, and we do not issue refunds except in specific circumstances.

  • we do not accept tips in any form. if you would like to show appreciation, we welcome reviews on our google page or referrals to friends and family.

  • we reserve the right to refuse and/or discontinue treatment on any patient with or without cause. as the patient, you also reserve the right to refuse and discontinue treatment at any time.

preparation tips for optimal results

BEFORE YOUR TREATMENT

    • avoid blood-thinning medications and supplements for 7-10 days prior (when medically appropriate)

    • stay well-hydrated

    • avoid alcohol for 24 hours before treatment

    • arrive with clean skin, free of makeup when possible

    • avoid blood-thinning medications and supplements for 3-5 days prior (when medically appropriate)

    • discontinue retinol products 2-3 days before treatment

    • avoid facial treatments for 1 week prior

    • come with a clean face if possible

    • avoid retinol products for 5-7 days prior

    • discontinue exfoliating products for 3-5 days before treatment

    • avoid sun exposure for 1 week before and after

    • arrive with clean skin, no makeup
